BOOKING & PAYMENTS

Every booking can be confirmed after fully payment is successful. After the payment have been success, you will receive the Tour Voucher and confirmation from us.

PAYMENT METHOD

To be Convenient, Safe and fast, our online payment is securities with OTP process. All services will bear the credit card on service processing fee 3% of the total amount.

CANCELLATIONS

Every cancellation made more than 24 hours will be charge 50% of tour amount. Every cancellation made less than 24 hours will be charge 100% of tour amount.

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO BAD WEATHER

We cannot guarantee the weather in advance. We do follow with the announcement of Thai Meteorological. If Thai Meteorological announce not to take the boat out to the sea because of bad weather condition and could not operate the trip, full refund will be issued. If no any announcement from Thai Meteorological, that is mean no refund.

PRICE

Tours are priced and advertised inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to increase the cost of the tours/services on the following conditions:

• new taxes imposed by the government
• currency fluctuations
• increase in fuel surcharges

The increase on the costs is only possible before full payment is done, we will not increase the price of your tour/service after you have paid in full.

PHOTOS AND MARKETING

You consent to us using images of you taken during the trip for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium we choose. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.
